The personal data you provide to Mayan Touring through our website www.mayantouring.com.mx, by using our online services, in writing, and/or by phone, includes: (I) Full name, Gender (male or female), Date of birth, Official IDs (voter ID, driver’s license), Passport, Visa. Considered sensitive under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties: (II) Current health condition, Family relationships, Financial information such as credit card numbers, salary, payroll, bank account statements, banking software passwords (if applicable), bank and personal credit references. We may also collect information about your preferences regarding the consumption of our tourism services, as well as those offered by our providers.

If applicable, and to better fulfill your tourism needs, we may request a copy of your official photo ID. We may also collect some personal data from third parties involved in the services purchased through our website or by phone, and may require their photo IDs as well.

Who do we share your data with?

 

Mayan Touring may share your personal data exclusively with national or foreign third parties in order to fulfill the tourism services you contract. We may also share your data with companies with which we have agreements for the purposes described in this privacy policy.

We may contract one or more third-party service providers. Therefore, your data may be shared with travel agents, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and booking platforms. Only Mayan Touring has access to the information you provide. Our promotional emails may include offers from business partners or providers of Mayan Touring.

ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) and Consent Revocation

 

To exercise your rights, please submit your request in person at Mayan Touring’s office. The request must include:

I. Full name, phone number, or address.

II. A copy of an official photo ID to verify your identity. If submitted by a legal representative, a power of attorney signed by two witnesses and a copy of the ID of the data owner must be provided.

III. A clear and precise description of the data you wish to access, correct, cancel, or oppose.

We will respond within 20 business days from the date your request is received. This period may be extended once for the same length of time, if justified.

You may also revoke your consent at any time by submitting a written request following the same procedure. We will respond within 15 days and notify you via phone or email of the outcome.

Both the ARCO rights process and revocation of consent are free of charge, except for any reproduction costs.
